Istanbul Mosque Hosting Quran Reading Course for Teenagers

IQNA – A course on reading the Quran and Islamic teachings has been organized at the Zeynebiye Mosque in Istanbul, Turkey.

The Jabir Scholars Society is holding the course in cooperation with the Iranian cultural center in the city. 

It includes lessons on reading, Tajweed principles, Islamic rulings, and Islamic beliefs.

Seven Quran experts, four women and three men, teach the lessons, according to the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization.

Those taking the course will be given certificate of attendance at the end of the Quranic program.

Mosques and religious centers across Turkey organize Quranic programs, including courses on Quran reading, recitation and memorization, during the summer holidays.
